Quick Solutions.
Make sure your charging system is above 12 volts at all times. If your voltage drops drive your vehicle for about 15 minutes to allow your alternator to charge your battery. If your alternator is working properly this should correct your low voltage problem and your service and lockout lights should stop flashing after you retest.
Always carry water in your vehicle to rinse your mouth before each test.
